Lakshya, a Certified Hatha, Yin, and, Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Teacher, guides you through some Prenatal yoga exercises to incorporate into your daily routine. After finishing this prenatal morning yoga routine you'll feel refreshed, relieved and ready for the day ahead.

Yoga to help mothers stay active, healthy and happy during pregnancy. These classes are ideal for the second and third trimester. They are gentle in nature

YOU WILL LEARN:

  • Strengthening Poses

  • Stretches

  • Opening poses to help prepare the body for birth

  • Poses that promote optimal fetal positioning

  • Pelvic floor exercises
