Meet the Expert

Chelsea Robinson is a licensed clinical social worker and therapist, a postpartum doula and a matrescence coach, based in Utah and Wisconsin, USA, specifically focusing on women during life transitions. Chelsea kept seeing a theme evolve in her work, finding many women saying "I am lonely", "I don't have many friends", "I can't ask for help", "I am a burden". These women, from the outside, looked so put together, held corporate jobs, were stay-at-home moms, community organizers and leaders, but they shared so much in common. Chelsea combines evidence-based practices in collaboration with you to determine the best course of action to inspire change and motivate a new direction in your life. "If only," Chelsea thought, "they all knew they were normal and so many other women felt the same way."
